Although nothing spoke to us on that initial visit, we kept getting listings and found another that she helped us with an offer that was quite a bit lower than asking price, but I think through her knowledge of listing, she knew it would be considered and it was accepted. She worked well with us on closing situations, and got it done, albeit with a delay in sellers paperwork. The office in Highlands was convenient.
