She sold our house quickly after listing it, with some of the most beautiful real estate pictures we've ever seen, found us a new property and worked with the buyers of the new house and sellers of the property we purchased to insure the closing lined up for a 1031 exchange. There were so many moving parts and Joy was able get them closed without any issues. We recommend Joy for all of your real estate needs!

We thought Betty did an excellent job of setting up appointments for 7 home visits late October and was very thoughtful of our mindset and kept an open mind asking us questions about properties to help us figure out what kind of property/home would suit our needs.
Although nothing spoke to us on that initial visit, we kept getting listings and found another that she helped us with an offer that was quite a bit lower than asking price, but I think through her knowledge of listing, she knew it would be considered and it was accepted. She worked well with us on closing situations, and got it done, albeit with a delay in sellers paperwork. The office in Highlands was convenient. Betty knows the area so well and that was evident and appreciated.
